TYRI CHEF'S KNIFE

Tyri is a tribute to fire, the forge, and the power inherent in steel. The blade is forged Damascus steel with copper for strength, precision, and a unique play in the steel. The copper components enhance the knife's toughness and reduce the risk of chipping or breaking when cutting hard ingredients. The combination of Damascus and copper makes the knife stronger, allowing the blade thickness to be reduced without compromising strength. Our knowledge, passed down through five generations, comes into its own in this knife, designed by Katrine Øyo. This is a tool for those who value function, tradition, and quality.
