Terms of Service — Havila Gallery & Shop 

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Havila Gallery & Shop, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Marketing Control Act (Markedsføringsloven). 

1. General By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. 

2. Prices and payment All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT (MVA) where applicable, as required by Norwegian law. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. 

3. Delivery We will inform you of estimated delivery times at checkout. If delivery is delayed beyond what was agreed, you have the right to cancel the order in accordance with Forbrukerkjøpsloven. 

4. Right of withdrawal (Angrerett) You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven). See our Return and Refund Policy for full details. 

5. Complaints and disputes If you have a complaint, contact us first at havilashop@havila.no . If we cannot resolve the issue, you may bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) at forbrukertilsynet.no, or the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukertvistutvalget) at ftu.no. 

6. Governing law These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to Norwegian jurisdiction.
