Shipping policy

Shipping Policy — Havila Gallery & Shop 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

Domestic shipping (Norway): We ship to all addresses in Norway. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

International shipping: We ship to selected countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. 

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at havilashop@havila.no and we will do our best to help. 

Lost or damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at havilashop@havila.no as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
