Shipping policy

Shipping Policy — Havila Gallery & Shop 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

Domestic shipping (Norway): We ship to all addresses in Norway. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

International shipping: For worldwide shipping, please contact us: havilashop@havila.no. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. 

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at havilashop@havila.no and we will do our best to help. 

Lost or damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at havilashop@havila.no as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
