Bunad blanket, Gudbrandsdal
The Gudbrandsdal 'bunad' throw is inspired by the Gudbrandsdal 'bunad' (traditional costume) from Gudbrandsdalen in Norway.
The 'bunad' throw is inspired by traditional Norwegian folk costumes ('bunad'), and each blanket directly relates to the color combinations of the corresponding costume. This richness of traditional colors and patterns has been interpreted into a modern, classic throw imbued with heritage.
The 'bunad' throw is designed by Andreas Engesvik, a renowned designer from Norway. The throws are produced in Norway by Grinakervev for Fram Oslo. Grinakervev is a weaving company with a long tradition located in beautiful Hadeland, Norway.
The soft wool throw measures: 130 cm x 200 cm.
100% pure new wool
