Baatar Basic Slippers
Low slipper in beautiful colours with a suede sole and shock absorption
The word Baatar is Mongolian and means hero, and has given its name to a new series of low slippers that replace the Slipper model.
The Baatar Basic fulfills everything one can expect from a high-quality slipper. It has a classic outsole made of cowhide suede, which provides natural anti-slip. In the heel area, there is a built-in shock-absorbing sole that contributes to good comfort. The slippers in the Basic series are made in many beautiful color combinations, including several of our best-selling slipper colors.
The Baatar Basic is a hand-felted wool slipper that feels light and warm and is easy to put on and take off. The slipper is shaped to the foot, has good width, and encloses the foot over the instep. The latter is important, as this is where the large blood vessel supplying the front part of the foot is located. This contributes to increased warming properties.
The slipper is felted in 100% soft merino wool, which both warms and ventilates away moisture, thus keeping the feet comfortably dry and warm. The inside is so soft that you can go barefoot in the slippers – in fact, we recommend doing just that.
The Basic slipper is recommended if you want a good everyday slipper for indoor use.
